Place Branding
Curated Place worked with the ERDF funded Ancient Connections Project to develop 20 new producers in Wexford, Ireland and Pembrokeshire, Wales. The project aimed “To sustainably realise the potential of natural and cultural assets in increasing visitor numbers to coastal communities in the Programme area”. Our training ensured the existing festivals and cultural producers across both countries developed a shared set of skills and tools to drive a shared international vision and ensure sustainable cultural development as well as connecting internationally to maximise learning, opportunities and strategic growth.
The Royal Opera House
World Leading
Opera Company
Curated Place’s training team worked with the Royal Opera House to take the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme out of their spectacular Covent Garden venue and into London’s international rail hub - St Pancras International. Our tools and systems ensured their high-profile International Women’s Day project for 2022 “Lost and Found” met the needs of an incredibly complex stakeholder group including the many departments of The Royal Opera House, HS2, Network Rail and international partners Casco Phil and Europalia Festival.

Feedback from the cohort
“I have been privileged enough to have been on three Labs in the past 9 months: [two others] and Curated Places Creative Producer. Only the latter was online, however surprisingly, due to the structure of CP programme, the CP was much better for making real connections with colleagues. In addition, the first two were both extremely poor in relation to my disabilities.”
“Thank you very much for your real world examples and honesty about the industry. Iappreciate it so much that you did not romanticise the producer role telling the truth.Ironically, this made me want to dive deeper into nuances and the nitty gritty sides of production that I used to be freaked out. Please keep doing your meaningful creativeeducation work to breed next generation of producers!”
